Account and privacy requests

Contact support to request account access, correction, or deletion. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Delete your Montreal QBank account

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. You can also email support from your account email with the subject “Delete my Montreal QBank account”. We may verify account ownership before processing the request.

Account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, saved sessions, attempts, flags, and private notes. Submitted question corrections and contributed questions may remain with your account identity removed. Store purchase identifiers may be retained to prevent purchase reassignment, with the deleted account identity removed. Payment providers keep records under their own retention policies. Provider backups may persist temporarily before aging out; limited records may remain where needed for security, legal obligations, or disputes.

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Apple or Google Play subscriptions separately in the relevant store settings. To request deletion of particular study data while keeping your account, email support and identify the data you want removed.

Support requests are reviewed through the email address above. Montreal QBank is an educational service and must not be used for urgent clinical questions.

Billing support

For website subscriptions, use the Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. For purchases made in the iPhone app, manage or cancel through your Apple Account. For purchases made in the Android app, manage or cancel through Google Play. Use Restore Purchases in the app if paid access is missing. Contact support with your account email and order reference, but never send passwords or payment-card details. Deleting your Montreal QBank account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription.
